At ASD, we pride ourselves on our extensive expertise and versatile capabilities in designing, engineering, and manufacturing low-voltage switchboards that meet or exceed UL-891 standards. Our switchboards, ranging from 1200A to 5000A and supporting voltages such as 120/208V, 277/480V, and 600V, are built to provide reliable and customized solutions for a wide array of applications and meet rigorous performance standards from 65kAIC to 200kAIC.

ASD builds a wide range of UL67 panels, from 100A to 1200A, ranging from lighting to power panels. Voltage options range from 120/208V to 277/480V single phase and three phase. ASD has the capability to provide both standard and custom panelboards to meet any specifications and electrical configurations. In doing so, ASD ensures that UL requirements and NEC guidelines are maintained.

ASD offers UL 50 NEMA 1 and NEMA 3R type junction boxes that are available in both galvanized steel and ANSI 61 Gray. Additionally, ASD builds tap boxes that are service entrance rated, featuring utility lockable hasps. ASD also offers NEMA 3R generator tap boxes ranging from 400A-4000A with quick connect cam locks and drop doors for easy access in the most critical of situations.
